I’m afraid I need another day off; sorry. That annoying cold I had last week has turned into an annoying flu this week. I can’t prove it, but I’m pretty sure Zell Miller’s hate-filled, wild-eyed rant worsened my condition.<\/p>\n

And speaking of Zell, his “speech” has to be the biggest catastrophe I’ve seen in a long while. Forget Buchanan in ’92; Zell Miller has given Kerry-Edwards the surprise gift they’ve been waiting for. I’m sure it seemed like a good idea to Karl Rove at the time to have a self-described Dem give Bush’s keynote address, but this is one decision they will no doubt regret.<\/p>\n
