John F. Kerry of Massachusetts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>So, we&#8217;re supposed to believe that Kerry&#8217;s plan is bad because it&#8217;ll put &#8220;big government&#8221; bureaucrats in charge of health care decisions instead of us and our doctors.
