That&#8217;s the bad news. The good news, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prospect.org\/weblog\/archives\/2004\/11\/index.html#004690\">according to The American Prospect&#8217;s Nick Confessore<\/a>, is that Kerry has &#8220;run up huge numbers in Ohio that are not yet reflected in the count &#8212; and that&#8217;s why the Republicans are engaging in scorched-earth challenges at the eleventh hour.&#8221; We can only hope that&#8217;s right.<\/p>\n<p>And, as of this moment, Florida is showing 97% of the precincts reporting, with Bush up 5% &#8212; 52-47.
