(emphasis added)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>House Majority Leader <a href=\"http:\/\/writ.corporate.findlaw.com\/dean\/20050128.html\">Tom DeLay<\/a> (R-Texas):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Many of these judges begin to grow drunk on their own power.
