The House passed a measure to undermine the First Amendment for the first time by approving an amendment to ban flag &#8220;desecration.&#8221; Also this week, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecarpetbaggerreport.com\/archives\/4494.html\">we talked<\/a> about a proposed amendment that would allow presidents to seek as many terms as they wish. Indeed, these are just a couple of the literally dozens of constitutional amendments introduced in Congress every year. (Bush is on record supporting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecarpetbaggerreport.com\/archives\/1316.html\"><i>six<\/i><\/a> different proposed changes.)<\/p>\n<p>This week&#8217;s topic: if you could add an amendment to the Constitution, which one would it be?<\/p>\n<p>If you have more than one, list &#8217;em all.
