I think I&#8217;ve finally found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=10000103&#038;sid=a3hTUw73WKxg&#038;refer=us\">one<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The real issue is whether or not it&#8217;s true,&#8221; said Pennsylvania Representative Phil English, who said he&#8217;s known Rove since 1976. Democrats &#8220;have every right to insist this matter be fully investigated.
