Who’ll be the first Republican senator to oppose Harriet Miers’ Supreme Court nomination? It seems to have come down to two leading candidates: Sens. Rick “Man on Dog” Santorum (R-Pa.) and Sam Brownback (R-Kan.).<\/p>\n
