(Both times are Eastern)<\/p>\n<p>* Helping to flesh out why Rove will not be indicted, the Washington Post <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2005\/10\/28\/AR2005102800398.html\">reported<\/a> this morning that Rove provided new information to Fitzgerald during 11th hour negotiations that &#8220;gave Fitzgerald pause,&#8221; said a source close to Rove. &#8220;The prosecutor has to resolve those issues before he decides what to do.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>* Fox News <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/story\/0,2933,173774,00.html\">reported<\/a> that Fitzgerald &#8220;had an indictment in his hand Friday morning&#8221; and also said the prosecutor will indict Libby <a href=\"http:\/\/thinkprogress.org\/2005\/10\/28\/breaking\/ \">on four charges<\/a> of lying to the grand jury.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;ve all been very patient; it won&#8217;t be much longer. * Patrick Fitzgerald is expected to hold a news conference today at 2 p.m. Fitzgerald&#8217;s office also announced it would release information on the grand jury about noon.
