Bragg, N.C., for &#8212; you guessed it &#8212; a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.au.org\/press\/pr030407.htm\">Southern Baptist evangelist program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>What I should have said was that <i>nearly all<\/i> of the media overlooked this controversy. On April 6, the New York Times&#8217; Laurie Goodstein saw the importance of the story and ran an excellent article (which no longer has an active link).<\/p>\n<p>Sorry for leaving you out, Laurie.
