A wire service story making the rounds concerns a man in Worchester, Mass., who stabbed two relatives during a Thanksgiving Day dispute over table manners.
Morbo supports the right to use deadly force when appropriate. However, there is some dispute as to whether this was an appropriate case.
With that thought in mind, please take the “Morbo Deadly Force Challenge ’04.” Simply read the two scenarios below and indicate which one qualifies for the use of deadly force:
A. Crazed cannibalistic serial killer wearing hockey mask and wielding a chainsaw escapes from the State Institution for the Violentally and Criminally Insane (managed by Haliburton). Ties grandma to a spit and covers her with low-end, store-brand barbecue sauce.
B. Uncle Barney has too much wine at Thanksgiving dinner. Says Mom’s pumpkin pie “tasted a little dry this year.”
If you said B, congratulations! You qualify to be a guest on “Hannity and Colmes.”
