* DC hosted a non-binding primary on Jan. 13, which few candidates participated in. It was held as a “protest primary” — and produced zero delegates — to bring attention to the fact that DC has no vote in Congress. Howard Dean won the “race,” which oddly enough, may end up as his only victory in the nominating process.
