I’m off until Monday. Have a great weekend.
If I were posting today, I’d probably be writing about:
* Surprise, surprise — no one can find any weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, but the Bush administration will keep looking
* There are plenty of weapons of mass destruction in North Korea, but the Bush administration doesn’t seem terribly concerned
* Bush’s approval ratings are still dropping, as is the public’s confidence in his abilities to handle foreign and domestic issues
* John Dean thinks the Bush White House is even “viler” than Nixon’s White House — and as Nixon’s White House counsel, he’s in a position to know (no, he’s not related to Howard Dean)
* The always-brilliant Paul Krugman offers great analysis on the Plame Game
* Even some House Republicans don’t support Bush’s overtime proposal
And with that, I’m off. Talk amongst yourselves. I’ll give you a topic: Rhode Island is neither a Rhode nor an island. Discuss.
